På(fyll) is a circular refill service by Orkla Home & Personal Care, designed to take single-use plastic out of everyday household consumption. Customers order familiar brands like Jif, Zalo, Omo, and Klar in durable HDPE containers, refill their own dispensers at home, and leave the empties at the door for collection, cleaning, and refilling.
Each container carries a unique QR code, enabling reorders with a single scan and full traceability across delivery, return, and washing. Designed by Form Us With Love to be stackable, transport-efficient, and built for many use cycles, the containers replace conventional packaging without changing the products people already buy.
Launched in Norway as a B2C service and extended into a B2B pilot, På(fyll) shows how reuse can scale inside a major FMCG portfolio rather than alongside it.
